摘要: 为提高超临界机组干、湿态转换过程的安全、稳定性,对某600MW超临界机组干、湿态转换过程中出现的事故停机原因进行了分析,认为水、煤比失调是事故发生的主要原因。在干、湿态转换过程中,应注意调节水、煤比例,以保证主汽压力和温度的稳定性。

Abstract: In order to increase the safety and stability of the dry and wet states transition process of supercritical unit, the reasons of accident shutdown, which had happened in dry and wet states transition process of a 600MW supercritical unit, were analyzed; and it is considered that the main reason caused the accident is maladjustment of the watercoal ratio. In dry and wet states transition process, must pay attention to adjust the watercoal ratio to ensure the stability of pressure and temperature of main steam.
