设备衰减率对太阳能光伏发电利用小时数的影响分析

摘要:

发电利用小时数是判断太阳能光伏电站运营状况的核心指标,这个指标受多种因素的影响。除去自然因素和弃光限电影响,设备性能和运维水平对利用小时数的影响,则需太阳能产业界通过自身努力去逐步解决。通过对某太阳能光伏电站进行跟踪后评估,测算出其电池衰减率对发电利用小时数的影响,即衰减率每提高1%,影响利用小时数12h。这对光伏设备厂家和光伏发电站上下游协同发展均提出了新的技术创新要求。

Abstract:

Generating equipment availability hours is the core performance indicator for the operation diagnosis of a power plant. It is subjected to the impact of many variables. Besides the natural conditions and the curtailment of PVbased power generation, equipment performance and O&M also impacts the power plant availability hours. PV power generation industry needs to address such impact through its own improvements. This paper provides followup review on a specific PV power plant. The impact of battery attenuation rate to its availability hours is measured: namely attenuation rate up by 1%, availability hours down by 12 hours. This poses new demands for technology innovation on both the PV equipment manufacturers and the integrated development between upstream and downstream PV power plants.
