Abstract:

Abstract:Using the software Aspen Plus, a cocombustion model of biomass and coal in circulating fluidized bed boiler was established. The law of cocombustion emission of biomass and coal under different conditions of the biomasscoal blended ratio, the combustion temperature, the moisture content of the biomass and the airfuel ratio was studied. The results are as follows: Along with increase of the moisture content of biomass, the emissions of combustion produced NO,NO2,SO2,CO and CO2 decrease, and the emissions of SO3 and H2O increase. Along with increase of airfuel ratio, the combustion temperature rises firstly and then falls, and the combustion temperature is highest when the airfuel ratio is 6. Under different combustion temperature, sulfur discharge characteristics are different. The volume fraction of SO2 decreases monotonically when the temperature is rising, and along with increase of the temperature, the volume fraction of NO increases firstly, and then decreases. Along with increase of biomass blended ratio, the emissions of SO2 and NO decrease.
